They have been my insurance company on both my homes for over 20 years. Let me tell you when it comes to Clarity helpfulness and intelligence they are the only ones to use. They never spin you in circles and they take the time to explain everything even if they have to do it over and over again. I tend to forget things as I have too much going on and they are always so kind about reminding me or sending documentation or explaining things. They respond immediately. In today's world so many companies take days to respond and they are always and I mean always respond immediately. Over the last 20 years they have made me feel like I am their only client. There are many insurance companies pulling out of Florida and many insurance companies that will play with the prices and confuse you and they do not. They have been steadfast, helpful, intelligence and always and I mean always with a happy disposition. Come to think of it I have been in my home almost 30 years so they have been my insurance company for a very very long time. I hear from my friends all the problems they have with their insurance companies and I have never and I mean never had a problem. They have always been so very helpful to me time and time again.
